Before joining Osbourne Pinner, Elizabeth built a strong background in complex and refused cases and has prepared and managed numerous appeals before the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber). She regularly deals with appeals, human rights applications and protection claims, preparing detailed evidence and submissions and working closely with counsel on case strategy and advocacy. With this background in complex appeals and human rights, she brings a careful, strategic approach to all of her work and is well placed to advise where business, protection and long-residence issues overlap. Her thorough preparation and clear written advocacy have contributed to a strong track record of overturning refusals and securing positive outcomes in challenging cases.

Elizabeth is used to running a demanding caseload from start to finish.
