SOLICITOR ROLE AT OSBOURNE PINNER - FULL REMOTE WORKING

A busy law firm based in London is currently looking for a Commercial/Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team on a fee share basis. This is a great opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor as a Full/Part time role with the view to a permanent role. Solicitor must have 5 Plus Year PQE property litigation experience, dealing with landlord and tenant disputes, building contract disputes, rent arrears, breach of contract, repossession claims (both residential and commercial), housing possession claims, commercial contract dispute, rent review.

Requiste experience:

  • Possession claim
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Breach of contract
  • Residential and Commercial Landlord and Tenant Issues
  • Breach of lease
 
The Ideal candidate: 
  • You will need to be adept at dealing with work involving Housing act, Landlord and Tenant issues covering Section 8 and 21 Notices
  • Civil litigation: 5 years (required)
  • SRA (required)

Role Responsibilities

This is a general litigation role, so broad experience within a range of litigious matters would be an advantage.

Person specification

You will need to have at least 5 years PQE, come from a reputable firm background and have strong communication skills.
