Our Fees

We offer 20 minutes free Initial consultation over the phone or in our office. In this consultation we will take detailed instructions from you and advise you about the relevant immigration laws and procedures to be adopted by the Home Office, UKBA in your application. We will also discuss your immigration case in detail with you and advise you about the weaknesses and strengths of your application. Our standard processing time for business immigration applications is 16 weeks. For private immigration applications, the standard preparation time is 8 weeks. Please note that this timeframe may be extended based on the complexity of the application and how quickly we receive all necessary information from you for review and approval.

Should you require a quicker turnaround, we do offer priority services. An additional fee of £1000 applies to business immigration applications requiring priority service, and an additional fee of £500 applies to private immigration applications utilising this service. If you can provide sufficient evidence at our first meeting and clearly meet the applicable Immigration Rules, the cost is likely to be at the lower end of this range.
