Please see below our fees structure for our professional services. Please note that the fees structure is for your guidance only. The cost of our professional services can be based on the complexity of your matter.

As part of our commitment to price transparency, we want to ensure you have all the necessary information to understand how our fees are structured.
Please be advised that the prices quoted on our website are for guidance only and are not binding. We provide separate, personalised quotes and estimates to all clients once they are formally engaged and have been issued a Client Care Letter and our Terms and Conditions of Business. Furthermore, please note that the current rate of VAT is 20%, which will be applied where applicable. If you have any questions regarding our fee structure or the engagement process, please do not hesitate to reach out.

VAT INFORMATION
 
In most circumstances, VAT will be charged at the standard rate of 20% in addition to our hourly rates. Please note, however, that VAT is not always chargeable. Whether you are liable to pay VAT will depend on your specific individual circumstances and residency status. We will confirm the applicable VAT treatment as we finalize the details of your instruction.

TRANSPARENT FEES FOR IMMIGRATION SERVICES

We offer 20 minutes free Initial consultation over the phone or in our office. In this consultation we will take detailed instructions from you and advise you about the relevant immigration laws and procedures to be adopted by the Home Office, UKBA in your application. We will also discuss your immigration case in detail with you and advise you about the weaknesses and strengths of your application. Our standard processing time for business immigration applications is 16 weeks. For private immigration applications, the standard preparation time is 8 weeks. Please note that this timeframe may be extended based on the complexity of the application and how quickly we receive all necessary information from you for review and approval.

Should you require a quicker turnaround, we do offer priority services. An additional fee of £1000 applies to business immigration applications requiring priority service, and an additional fee of £500 applies to private immigration applications utilising this service. If you can provide sufficient evidence at our first meeting and clearly meet the applicable Immigration Rules, the cost is likely to be at the lower end of this range. The work will involve: The number of hours depends on the number of documents, whether they need to be translated, whether anything is missing and how long it will take to obtain the missing documents;

IMMIGRATION FEES:

All prices are exclusive of VAT (where VAT is applicable) and any disbursements such as court fees. please note that the current rate of VAT is 20%, which will be applied where applicable. The below fees depend upon the complexity of the case. 

Disbursements:

Please note that these are third-party charges incurred in connection with your case and are separate from our professional legal fees.

The specific type and amount of disbursements you will be liable for depend entirely on the nature of your application. Common disbursements include visa application and Home Office priority fees, the Immigration Skills Charge, the Immigration Health Surcharge, and Certificate of Sponsorship fees. Additionally, you may incur costs for biometric appointments, court fees, professional translations, English language tests, tuberculosis certificates, overseas criminal record certificates, or third-party sponsor fees.

Discount Scheme for Sponsor Licence - Terms and Conditions

Some of our team members may offer a discount for your company’s sponsor licence application. Please note that this discount is not offered by all team members and is subject to the following terms:

  • Eligibility: The discount is not applicable if a previous application was rejected or refused, or if a compliance visit occurs. Furthermore, it will not apply if a decision is based on a compliance visit.
  • Errors: The discount applies only if an application is refused due to an error on our part.
  • Conditions of Acceptance: Acceptance of this offer is conditional upon the signature of a Client Care Letter (including our Terms of Business), completion of our identification procedures, and, where required, payment of funds on account.
  • Scope: Any discount applies only to our professional fees and does not cover disbursements, bank transfers, or electronic identification fees.
  • Payment: We reserve the right to withdraw a discount if a relevant invoice is not settled within the perod specified in our Terms of Business.
  • General: Discounts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to withdraw the discount scheme at any time without prior notice.
