FAMILY SOLICITOR - REMOTE WORKING
ROLE AT OSBOURNE PINNER
We are currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor with at least 5+ years PQE practicing in Family Law to join our expanding Family Department.
Opportunity for remote working, enabling our team to spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in and business needs.
You will have experience handling a range of Family matters including Divorce and Financial settlement. Managing your own caseload, you will have excellent drafting and communication skills.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload:
• Divorce
• Financial Settlement & TOLATA
• Freezing Orders
• Separation Agreement
• Child Arrangement Order
You will have experience handling a range of Family matters including Divorce, Financial and ideally Pre & Post-nuptial agreements. Managing your own caseload, you will have excellent communication and IT skills.
