The successful candidate will ideally have 5 years experience of working in a similar environment. We expect the candidate to manage his/her own casework load. The candidate must have an experience in dealing with following visa application categories:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • All PBS categories including Sponsor Licence and Skilled Wroker Visa Applications
  • Assisting with Entry Clearance applications and Leave to Remain applications
  • Filing appeals within the HMCTS system and dealing with appeals for permission to appeal with FTT and Upper Tribunal.
  • Spouse Visas
  • Visit Visas
  • Family and Private Life – (FLR) Applications
  • Indefinite Leave to Remain – (ILR) Applications.
  • Naturalization and British Citizenship Applications.
  • Global Talent Visa and UK Expansion Work Visa
  • Drafting Pre- Action protocol letters and issuing Judicial Review applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Drafting representation and letters to the Home Office, Courts and other third parties.
  • Filling visas application forms
  • Advising clients in relation to the supporting documents for required visa category.
  • Be able to help with applications to the UK Border on behalf of clients and have full knowledge about immigration rules and Point Based System.
  • Have an ability to meet deadlines and work well in a busy office environment.
  • Have good communication skills, a formal vocabulary, and be confident when speaking to clients both over the phone and in person.
  • Good legal writing and drafting skills.
  • Be able to prepare cases independently.
  • Have excellent drafting skills.
