Senior Solicitor
Sakine Kizilkaya is a Senior Solicitor specialising in UK immigration law, with over 15 years’ experience advising individuals, families, and businesses on a broad range of immigration matters. She completed her LLB (Hons) in Business Law at Sheffield Hallam University in
2013 and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield in 2015. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2021.
Her practice covers both personal and business immigration. She regularly advises on spouse and partner visa applications, family migration, settlement (Indefinite Leave to Remain), British citizenship and nationality applications, and matters under the EU
Settlement Scheme. She also has experience assisting businesses with sponsor licence applications, skilled worker visas, and ongoing sponsor compliance requirements.
Sakine is known for her approachable and professional manner, providing clear and practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. She is accredited as a Supervising Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS).
